Yes — please email us. We take on volunteers during the Somerset County Taste & Tour, during our special camp dinners and events, and offer occasional seasonal internships in the sugar camp.
Absolutely. Warm the sealed bottle in a bowl of hot water (or gently on the stove) until the crystals dissolve. Nothing has gone wrong with your syrup.
It happens with pure syrup. Skim the mold, bring the syrup to a boil, strain it through cheesecloth, and refrigerate. If you'd rather, bring it to us and we'll take a look.
We tap, boil, filter, and bottle pure Pennsylvania maple syrup, and offer over 30 different maple products, including maple cream, candy, spreads, and more.
From April through October, we serve our signature maple creemees (soft-serve ice cream) and sundaes every weekend. You can also find creemees by the quart and maple ice cream sandwiches in our store freezer year-round.
During the summer, we host special dinners at the sugar camp once a month.
We also offer Christmas gift baskets, custom favors, and personalized gift baskets. Gift certificates are available as well.
We ship maple products domestically and internationally.
We offer tours and education for groups and schools. Fundraising opportunities and Volunteer opportunities are also available.

If you are not a member but are interested in using our parking lot for a night or two, please note the following requirements:
• You must have a fully self-contained camper.
• We require a minimum spend of $30 per night.
To check our availability and request a reservation, please email or call. We will review our schedule and let you know if we have space for you.
