Remember the days of the wet walnut sundae? If not ask your grandparents about them, they will wax poetically about a sundae covered in walnuts soaked in a combination of corn syrup and sugar. We wanted to take that old time classic to the next level and remove all of the unappetizing corn syrup. So we created a maple walnut topping with just 3 simple ingredients, Pure Maple Syrup, Toasted Walnut Halves, and Pure Cinnamon. The results is a sticky walnut topping worthy of the highest quality vanilla ice cream or even your morning pancakes or waffles. Remember to store your maple walnut topping in the refrigerator after opening.
